At Jersei Love Exotic Wear, we take pride in creating handmade, made-to-order luxury pieces just for you. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
🎨 Made-to-Order Policy
All exotic wear items (bodysuits, lingerie sets, microkinis, two-piece sets, etc.) are custom-made to order specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products and hygiene considerations, made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
✅ What We Accept for Returns/Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Defective Items: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (broken seams, missing embellishments, faulty closures, etc.)
Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping
Wrong Item Sent: If we sent you the incorrect product
Significant Size Discrepancy: If the item does not match our published size chart measurements (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)
❌ What We Do NOT Accept
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect size ordered by customer (please use our Size Guide)
• Color variations due to screen settings
• Minor differences in embellishment placement (handmade items may vary slightly)
• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Items with removed tags or packaging
• Dropshipped accessories (wigs, heels, bags) after 14 days
📦 Dropshipped Items (Accessories, Wigs, Heels, Bags)
Dropshipped items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
• Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• All tags are attached
• Item is in resalable condition
Return shipping costs for dropshipped items are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or exchange:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at jlexoticwear@gmail.com
2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description
3. Wait for our team to review and approve your request
4. If approved, we'll provide return instructions and a return authorization
⚠️ Important: Do not ship items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
💰 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis for defective or incorrect items only.
If an exchange is approved, we'll create a new made-to-order piece for you (7-10 business days production time).
Exchanges are subject to availability.
