Thank you for shopping with Jersei Love Exotic Wear! We're committed to delivering your luxury exotic wear with care. Please review our shipping policy below.

📦 Processing & Production Time

Made-to-Order Items: All exotic wear pieces are handmade to order just for you. Production time is 7-10 business days from the date your order is placed. This does not include shipping time.

Dropshipping Items: Accessories, wigs, heels, and other dropshipped items typically ship within 2-5 business days.

Bundle Orders: If your order contains both made-to-order and dropshipping items, your entire order will ship together once all items are ready (7-10 business days).

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (United States):
• Delivery: 5-7 business days after production is complete
• Total time: 12-17 business days from order date
• Tracking provided via email

Expedited Shipping:
• Delivery: 2-3 business days after production is complete
• Total time: 9-13 business days from order date
• Available at checkout for an additional fee

Note: Production time cannot be expedited as each piece is custom-made with care.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 14-21 business days for delivery and may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or in your Jersei Love account under "Order History."

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount during promotional periods.

📧 Order Updates

You'll receive email notifications at the following stages:
• Order confirmation
• Production started
• Order shipped (with tracking number)
• Delivery confirmation

❓ Shipping Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jlexoticwear@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delivery Delays: While rare, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods. We'll keep you updated if any delays affect your order.
