Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Jersei Love Exotic Wear for your custom design experience. Please review the following booking policies before scheduling your appointment.
Booking Requirements
All appointments must be booked in advance through the website. A valid email address and phone number are required at checkout.
Appointments are scheduled in 30-minute increments. Some services may require multiple booking blocks depending on the service selected.
Consultation Fees
All consultation and booking fees are non-refundable. Consultation fees cover the time spent discussing your vision, measurements, fabrics, fit, and overall design process.
Booking fees do not apply toward the final outfit total unless otherwise stated.
Late Policy
Clients are given a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on availability.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may forfeit their booking fee.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
No-call/no-show appointments are non-refundable and may require a new booking fee to reschedule.
Rescheduling Policy
One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours notice.
Additional reschedules may require a new booking fee.
Rush orders, VIP bookings, and multi-day experiences may have more limited rescheduling availability.
Group & Duo Bookings
Duo bookings are limited to 2 people.
Group bookings are limited to 4 people.
Groups larger than 4 people require a custom quote and may need a private booking arrangement.
Only the number of people included in the booking may attend the appointment unless approved beforehand.
Payment Policy
Full payment for booking fees is due at the time of scheduling.
Custom outfit deposits, rush fees, fabric costs, embellishments, and remaining balances are separate from booking fees.
Final balances must be paid before pickup or delivery of your order.
Rush Orders
Rush order availability is limited and not guaranteed.
Rush fees vary depending on turnaround time, fabric availability, and project complexity.
Booking a rush appointment does not automatically guarantee same-week completion.
Alterations & Fit
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
Jersei Love Exotic Wear is not responsible for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate client-provided measurements.
Additional alteration fees may apply for major changes after the design process has started.
Pickup Policy
Pickup appointments are required for local order pickups.
Orders not picked up within 14 days of completion may be subject to storage fees.
Final Reveal Appointments
Final reveal appointments are intended for final try-on and minor adjustments only.
Major redesign requests after completion may require additional charges.
Respect & Professionalism
Jersei Love Exotic Wear reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.
Please respect appointment times, communication boundaries, and the custom design process.
